If you are enrolling your child in The Children's Garden Preschool, please fill out the application below and read through the parent handbook. You will be notified of acceptance after this form has been completed.
Enrollment Forms
After submitting the Application for Enrollment Google form, you will be notified of acceptance into the preschool if a spot is available. The following forms will need to be printed and filled out to complete enrollment. ​
